Note: We've found the hotel is under new management. They report to be going more "upscale", and are acting as such. Unfortunatley, it seems our show business is no longer of importance to them. Conversations with hotel management were short, rude and useless. Farewell, Coast!

If you were to j9ust visit the Queen Mary, you'd be saving over $20. This is the best way to see the show, and see the Queen Mary, too.

MEET, GREET & PARK!
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Queen Mary Events Park
Join us the day before the show, when we will be hosting an event to meet your fellow owners & Saturday volunteers! Over 80 people were there last year - come join the fun!
At 5pm, we'll get together and have on-site catered Mexican food! Drinks also provided - all you have to do is RSVP! Send us an email if you would like to attend.
From noon to 6pm on Saturday, you'll have the opportunity to park your vehicle in its assigned spot and avoid the lines the next day! The show site is fenced and overnight security wil be provided.
If you would like to help volunteer, bagstuffing starts at 9 am, and parking/show setup is from 10am - 4pm.
At this time, we have not been able to negotiate an acceptable deal with the Coast Hotel. No Show Discount is available. Better yet, stay at the QUEEN MARY HOTEL!

ABOUT TRAILER/RV PARKING
We know that some like to trailer their vehicles and even come in RVs. BCMC even uses two trailers for show logistics.
We do have a limited availibilty for parking of trailers & RVs next to the show site. Please email us for more info. Consider coming down Saturday afternoon to get situated and your parking spots for the show. Also, join us at our 5pm Meet, Greet & Park event. You'll have a great time!
